Extremely Detailed Videos

I understand it can be challenging to learn an exercise through a video without having a coach guide you through the process. That's why I have highly detailed 4K videos that each address:

  • The purpose of the exercise
  • How to do it with proper form
  • What you should feel
  • Common mistakes and how to correct them

How Does It Work?

There are two components to this program you will receive:

1. The ebook instruction manual that will give you a detailed walkthrough on exactly how to best use the program

2. The training program via Google Sheets which you will be able to fill out each workout to track your progress

When you first get the ebook, there will be a link for you to complete a self-guided assessment that will help identify your own limitations in mobility and imbalances in your body.

Once you complete that, you will be sent an email with your own specific training program tailored to your needs.

The training program is 12 weeks long (but can be run for much longer than that).

There are other variables taken into consideration too:

  • You have the option of getting a 3 or 4 day per week training program
  • There are several different program options depending on how much weightroom experience you have
