How Successful Are My Methods? Tracking Results
Many people in the fitness industry get sales based on:
- Flashy content
- Creating controversy
- Outlandish claims
A goal I set for myself in 2022 was to do something no one has done before - track the rates of success I have with every client I work with.
I want to sell you on success, not B.S.
With this, you can see exactly how well I do with various movement-related problems in my gym.
Transparent Information
Below you will see a link to a Google Sheet document with the following information:

Type of Limitation & Injury
To keep things organized, I generalized the categories of common problems my clients came in with. Examples are:
- Left & Right Low Back Pain
- Sciatica
- Left & Right Shoulder Pain
This will help us understand how successful my interventions were with each type of movement issue.

Significance of Pain & Limitation of Movement
I asked each person how they felt before and after our interventions on a scale of 1-10. This is completely subjective, but should give some indication how successful the interventions were.

Success vs Failure
This is, again, a bit subjective, but this determination was made based off of the client's goals and how they felt after my intervention.

Timeline
The amount of time in weeks or months it took us to achieve the outcome. To be perfectly honest, some of the earlier clients in 2022 I needed to estimate to the best of my knowledge, but most are fully accurate timelines.
