How It Works...
12 Weeks of Core Biomechanics Content
The main course material is 12 weeks of live content (explained farther down on this page) that runs cyclically throughout the year. The structure of the content follows a strategic path:
- Month 1: Theory
- Month 2: Assessment
- Month 3: Application
Each "week", or 7-day period of the course has 3 different calls:
#1: Presentation Call (Thursdays at 10 AM PST): The main lecture for the week
#2: Practical Application Session (the following Monday at 10 AM PST): A call exclusively to learn how to best apply the assessments and exercises. Even this is primarily an online course, I place a huge emphasis on the practical component.
#3: Review Session (Tuesdays at 10 AM PST: Q&A and often live case study work
All calls are recorded and immediately shared.
Introductory Content
When you join the mentorship, there is pre-recorded introductory content centered around the most important main concepts and strategies that will help kick-start your learning and ability to immediately start getting better results with your clients.
